Kindly read our Terms and Conditions before making your purchase. We have the right to amend any of T & C without prior notice.

1. We only ship within Malaysian address. For outside Malaysia kindly contact us.

2. All goods are subject to availability.

3. All prices are subjected to change without prior notice. 

4. Your order will be processed within 1 to 3 business days. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for you to receive your parcel. 

5. We will not responsible for any damage, delay, or lost caused by courier (PosLaju). Kindly contact PosLaju if you encounter issues on your items (We think it is best for you to *Tweet them as they give fast response to inquiries through this medium). *Twitter: @pos4you 

6. All sales are final. Goods sold are not refundable, returnable, or exchangeable. No cancellation of order once payment has been made to Bizzy Mummy.

7. Sales or promotional items are not entitled for refunds, returns and exchange.

**We courier by using Poslaju services. However we may use other provider if necessary. 

Please note that Poslaju is closed during State/Public Holiday, first Saturday of the month, and Sundays.

Returns

Please note that there is strictly no returns after the product is sold unless it is a manufacturer's defect.

Defective item must be returned in 7 days from receipt. It must be in original packaging and unused. We will not refund any items returned that did not met the criteria. You must provide a detailed description of the defect, as well as digital pictures as evidence.

We only will give full refund by money transfer within Malaysian bank ONLY.

Exchange

Please note that there is strictly no exchange after the product is sold unless it is a manufacturer's defect.

Defective item must be returned in 7 days from receipt. It must be in original packaging and unused. You may exchange the defective item(s) for item(s) of equal value. If you would like an item(s) that is of higher value, we ask that you pay the difference. In the event that a no stock situation happens, we will refund you the purchase price. We will not exchange any items returned that did not met the criteria. You must provide a detailed description of the defect, as well as digital pictures as evidence.
